“Steve Lewis was CEO of Chrysalis Group’s Music Division from 1993 to 2001. He restructured the division bringing in some key executives, many of whom stayed with the company for a substantial period of time. He was instrumental in attracting a $20m investment from Pony Canyon, a division of the Japanese media group Fuji Sankei, which co-funded the new record company Echo. Throughout his time at the company, Steve played a full role as a main board director and we were sorry to see him go when he chose to leave the company.”
